The Energy Resource Center hosts frequent seminars and workshops related to high performance "green" building, renewable and efficient energy technology and practices, and other energy-related topics. Highlighted seminar series include the Energizing Our Region breakfast seminar series, the Building Green breakfast series, and the Managing Energy as a Resource technical training workshop series.

Our events cater to a wide range of clients including: municipal governments, non-profits, organizations offering technical assistance, building trades and local community members. Events draw a diverse crowd of individuals and provide excellent opportunities to collaborate across sectors.

Breakfast Seminar Impact Survey

The Energy Resource Center completed an Impact Survey for the Building Green and Energizing Our Region breakfast seminar series’ to gauge their value as an educational tool, networking opportunity and motivator for energy-related action. The survey, taken in July 2009, displays the important role these seminars play in providing the latest information on energy efficiency and promoting collaboration among attendees.
